Anyone familiar with linear motors knows they have high acceleration and high reciprocating frequency. The cables may seem insignificant, but choosing the wrong one can lead to either core breakage causing shutdown or signal interference causing the machine to “dance.”

• Core breakage after a short run: Linear motors have very high G-forces (acceleration), which ordinary high-flexibility cables simply can’t handle. • Insufficient space, cables as stiff as iron rods: Many devices have extremely limited internal space. We’ve optimized the sheathing process, resulting in a smaller cable outer diameter and narrower bending radius, making cable routing as easy as a slippery eel.
• Imported cables are too expensive and slow, and domestic brands are unacceptable: Imported brands often have 8-12 week lead times, and their prices are outrageously high. We aim to maintain German-quality standards while reducing lead times to 3-7 days.
