Description

Stop Signal Loss and Machine Downtime. We Make the Cables That Fix It.

You have a big problem. Your machines are stopping. Sensors are giving wrong readings. The control panel is a mess of wires that break easily. You need a cable that works hard, stays flexible, and blocks noise. We build exactly that.

We make imported-grade twisted-pair shielded cables. These are not cheap wires. They are built for CNC machines, robot arms, and car electronics. We have the 40-core 0.3 sq mm cable for big systems. We have the 0.35 mm² machine tool control cable for heavy duty use. We also stock the 0.34 mm² Japanese Taiyo 20P 22AWG for high-end precision gear.

Our cables carry data fast. They resist oil, heat, and pulling. Read below to see why our cables are the best choice for your factory or project. Ask for a quote today. We ship worldwide.

What Does “0.3 sq mm” and “22AWG” Really Mean?

Let’s talk numbers. You see “0.3 sq mm” or “0.35 mm²”. You also see “22AWG”. These numbers tell you how thick the wire is. It is not too thick. It is not too thin. It is just right for signal wires.

Here is the simple math:

  • 22AWG equals about 0.34 mm². We often call it 0.34 square or 0.35 square.
  • The copper wire inside is very thin. It is about 0.645 mm wide.
  • The whole cable with plastic is about 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm wide. It is thin like a pencil lead.

Why does this matter?

  • Flexibility: Thin wires bend easily. You can pull them through tight pipes in a robot arm. They do not crack.
  • Current: A 22AWG wire can handle about 3 Amps. This is enough for sensors and data. It is not for high power motors.
  • Space: You can fit 40 of these wires into one cable jacket. It saves space in your control cabinet.

We use pure copper or copper-clad aluminum. This keeps the price good but the performance high. Our 0.34 mm² Japanese Taiyo style cables use high-grade copper for the best signal quality.

Twisted Pair + Shield = No Noise

Factories are noisy places. Motors start and stop. Welders spark. This creates electric noise. Noise breaks data signals. Your screen might freeze or show errors.

We fix this with two special features:

1. Twisted Pair Structure
We twist two wires together. Imagine two wires spiraling like a DNA strand. When noise hits them, it hits both wires the same way. The receiver cancels the noise out. It only keeps your data signal. This is why we call it “twisted pair”. It is the best way to send data over long distances without errors.

2. The Shield (Foil + Braid)
We wrap the twisted wires in a metal shield.

  • Foil Shield: A thin layer of aluminum. It blocks high-frequency noise.
  • Braid Shield: A mesh of copper wires. It blocks low-frequency noise and physical impact.

Our 40-core cable uses this double-shield design. Even if you run the cable next to a big power line, the data stays safe. For the 0.35 mm² machine tool control cable, the shield stops oil and water from hurting the copper inside.

Specific Products We Make

We have three main types of cables for different jobs. Look at the specs below.

The 40-Core 0.3 sq mm Twisted-Pair Shielded Cable

This is the “monster” cable for complex systems. It has 40 small wires inside one jacket.

  • Use Case: Big CNC machines, multi-axis robots, or building automation.
  • Structure: 20 pairs of twisted wires. Each pair has a shield, or the whole cable has a total shield.
  • Jacket: PVC or PUR. PUR is better for oil and moving parts (like a drag chain).
  • Benefit: You pull one cable, not 40 separate wires. It saves hours of labor.
  • Specs:
    • Conductor: 22AWG (7/0.16 strands)
    • Insulation: PVC or PE
    • Shield: Aluminum foil + Copper braid
    • Outer Diameter: About 8 mm to 10 mm
    • Voltage: 300V
    • Temperature: -20°C to +80°C (PUR goes to +105°C)
The 0.35 mm² Machine Tool Control Cable

This is the workhorse. It is tough. It is built for the shop floor.

  • Use Case: Servo motors, encoder feedback, sensor lines.
  • Structure: Multi-core (2 to 12 cores). Shielded.
  • Jacket: Usually PVC or LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen). LSZH is for buildings where fire safety is strict.
  • Benefit: It resists cutting oil and coolant. It does not get stiff in the cold.
  • Specs:
    • Conductor: 22AWG solid or stranded
    • Insulation: Color-coded (Black, White, Red, Blue, etc.)
    • Shield: Tinned copper braid (90% coverage)
    • Outer Diameter: About 6 mm to 7 mm for 4 cores
    • Rated Voltage: 300V / 500V
    • Bending Radius: 6x diameter (very flexible)
The 0.34 mm² Japanese Taiyo 20P 22AWG

This is the “premium” cable. “Taiyo” refers to a high standard of quality from Japan. It is very flexible and precise.

  • Use Case: High-speed data, automotive electronics, medical devices, audio gear.
  • Structure: 20 cores (10 pairs). Individually shielded pairs or total shield.
  • Jacket: Special soft PVC or TPE. It feels rubbery and soft.
  • Benefit: Extreme flexibility. It can bend in tiny spaces. It has very low capacitance (signal travels fast).
  • Specs:
    • Conductor: 22AWG bare copper or tinned
    • Insulation: Foamed PE sometimes used for high speed
    • Shield: Al-Mylar tape + Drain wire
    • Outer Diameter: About 5 mm to 6 mm
    • Application: Car infotainment, ADAS cameras, robot sensors

Where Do You Use These Cables?

You need these cables if you build or fix machines. Here are the real-world spots where our cables work best.

1. CNC and Machine Tools
The shop floor is rough. Cables get dragged in chains. They touch oil. They get stepped on. Our 0.35 mm² control cable is built for this. It has a strong jacket. The shield stops the VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) noise from messing up the encoder signals. Your machine runs smoother. No crashes.

2. Industrial Robotics
A robot arm has 6 joints. Each joint needs power and data. That is 12 to 20 cables per arm. We use the 40-core cable to bundle these. It saves weight. It makes the robot move faster. The twisted pair ensures the “stop” signal gets there instantly. Safety first.

3. Automotive and ADAS
Modern cars are computers on wheels. Cameras, radar, and screens need to talk. They use high-speed signals like MIPI. Our Japanese Taiyo style cables handle this. They are small (0.34 mm²) so they fit in door hinges and mirrors. They are shielded to stop the car’s engine noise from blurring the camera image.

4. Building Automation (HVAC & Security)
In big buildings, you have miles of wire for fire alarms, thermostats, and cameras. Shielded cable is a must here. It stops the 110V power lines from interfering with the 24V control signals. Our LSZH jacket option keeps the building safe if a fire starts.

Why Buy From Us?

You have many choices. But we give you the best value for imported quality at a factory price.

  • Real Specs: We do not lie about the copper. Our 0.34 mm² cable has real 0.34 mm² copper. It does not break easily.
  • Custom Lengths: Need 500 meters? Or just 10 meters? We cut to length. We add connectors (JST, Phoenix, Deutsch) if you ask.
  • Test Reports: We can provide UL, RoHS, and CE compliance docs. Our cables pass the 80°C heat test and the 1000V hi-pot test.
  • Fast Ship: We keep stock of the 22AWG and 0.35 mm² cables. We ship by air or sea. DDP terms available to your door.
