Stop Signal Loss and Noise Right Now
You have a big problem. Your machines are not talking to each other correctly. Sensors give wrong numbers. The screen flickers. Audio has a buzz. This happens because of bad cables. You need a wire that stops noise. You need a wire that bends easily. You need a wire that lasts forever.
We make that wire. We are a factory in China. We know cables. We build high-quality shielded wires for the world. This specific cable is our star product. It solves your headache. It fits in tight spaces. It blocks interference. Read below to see why this is the best choice for your project.
What Exactly Is This Cable?
This is a 4-core shielded signal wire. Let’s break that down. It has four separate wires inside one jacket. This means you can send power and data at the same time. Or you can send three signals and one ground. The “shielded” part is key. There is a metal wrap around the inner wires. This wrap stops outside noise. It also stops your signal from leaking out.
The size is very specific. It is 0.3 sq mm. In American wire gauge (AWG), this is 22 AWG. It is thin. But it is strong. The conductor is tinned copper. This means it does not rust. It is also “extra soft”. You can bend it a million times. It will not break. This is perfect for moving parts. Like robot arms. Or CNC machines.
Technical Specs You Need to Know
Here are the hard numbers. We do not hide anything. You need these for your BOM (Bill of Materials).
- Conductor Material: Tinned Copper. Why? It resists corrosion. It lasts longer in wet places.
- Conductor Size: 0.34 sq mm (Solid). This is the actual copper size. It gives low resistance.
- AWG Size: 22 AWG. This fits most standard connectors.
- Number of Cores: 4 Cores. You get 4 paths for signals.
- Insulation Material: PVC. It is tough. It resists oil and water.
- Shielding: Aluminum Foil + Braid. Double protection. 85% coverage minimum.
- Outer Jacket: PVC. Black or Grey. We can customize color.
- Voltage Rating: 300V. Safe for low voltage control.
- Temperature Range: -20°C to 80°C. Works in hot or cold factories.
- Flexibility: Class 5 flexibility. Very soft. Bending radius is 4x diameter.
Where Should You Use This Wire?
You can use this wire anywhere. But it shines in three main areas.
Industrial Automation
Factories are noisy places. Motors run. Big machines switch on and off. This creates electromagnetic interference (EMI). If your sensor cable is not shielded, the motor noise gets into the signal. The PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) gets confused. It stops the line. Our cable stops this. The shield catches the noise. It sends it to the ground. Your data stays clean. Use this for:
- Proximity sensors
- Limit switches
- Encoder feedback
- Servo motor control
Audio and Broadcast
You need clean sound. A buzzing microphone ruins a recording. Our cable is low noise. It is microphonic-resistant. This means it does not make noise when you move it. It is great for:
- Stage audio snakes
- Microphone cables (if you use 2 cores)
- Intercom systems
- Security camera audio
Robotics and CNC
Robots move. Cables inside robots must bend. Standard wire cracks after 10,000 bends. Our “extra soft” wire lasts 5 million bends. It is perfect for:
- Robotic arm tool changers
- CNC machine drag chains
- 3D printer wiring
- Automated guided vehicles (AGV)
Why Our Shielding Is Better
Cheap cables use one layer of shield. We use a combo. We call it “Foil + Braid”.
First, we wrap the inner wires in aluminum foil. This covers 100% of the wire. It blocks high-frequency noise. Like radio waves.
Second, we add a braid of tinned copper wires over the foil. This covers about 85% of the area. It blocks low-frequency magnetic fields. It also makes the cable strong. You can pull it through pipes without tearing the shield.
The drain wire is important too. We add a bare copper wire (or tinned) touching the shield. This gives the noise an easy way to escape to the ground. You do not have to scratch the shield to ground it. It saves you time.
The “Extra Soft” Advantage
Why do we say “extra soft”? It is about the copper.
Standard wire uses one big solid copper stick. It is stiff. It breaks if you bend it sharp.
Our wire uses many tiny strands. We twist them together. This is “stranded” wire. But we take it further. We use Class 5 stranding. This means the strands are very thin. The wire feels like silk.
For a 22 AWG wire, the bending radius is small. You can fit it in small connectors. You can route it through tight cable chains. It saves space in your control panel. Less space means smaller panels. Smaller panels save money.
Tinned Copper vs. Bare Copper
You might ask, “Why tinned?”
Bare copper is shiny and red. It conducts well. But it oxidizes. In humid air, it turns black. Black copper does not solder well. It has high resistance.
Tinned copper has a thin layer of tin. Tin does not rust. It stays shiny.
- Soldering: It is easy to solder. The solder flows fast.
- Corrosion: It works in marine environments. Or chemical plants.
- Safety: It is RoHS compliant. It is lead-free.
If your cable sits in a box for 2 years, it will still work perfectly.
PVC Jacket Protection
The outside jacket is the armor. We use PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). It is the best material for general use.
- Flame Retardant: It does not burn easily. If it burns, it self-extinguishes. This is vital for building safety.
- Oil Resistance: Factories have oil leaks. PVC resists oil. It does not get soft or sticky.
- Abrasion Resistance: If the cable rubs against metal, it does not wear out fast.
- UV Resistance: If you use it outside, the sun does not crack it quickly.
We can also make LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jackets if you need it for subways or airplanes. But for 90% of uses, PVC is the king. It is tough and cheap.
How to Order and Customize
We are a factory. We are not a trader. We can make exactly what you need.
