RVSP 8-Core 0.14 sq mm 26 AWG Tin-Plated Copper Shielded Twisted Pair Servo Encoder Cable for Industrial Automation

Description

Is your machine stopping because of signal noise?

You are running a factory or a security system. Everything works fine in the morning. But in the afternoon, the machine starts to act strange. The servo motor jitters. The encoder signal is lost. The CCTV screen has snow. You check the connections. They look tight. But the problem comes back. This is not your fault. It is the environment.Factories are full of noise. Big motors, welding machines, and power lines create invisible waves. These waves hit your data cables. They mess up the signals. This is called Electromagnetic Interference (EMI). If your cable is not shielded, it acts like an antenna. It picks up the noise. Your system crashes. You lose time. You lose money. You need a cable that fights back. You need a cable that blocks the noise. You need our RVSP 8-core shielded twisted pair cable. It is built for tough places. It keeps your data clean. It keeps your machines running.

What makes this cable special?

This is not a standard wire. This is a precision tool for data transmission. We built it with three main goals: stop noise, last long, and be easy to use. Let us look at the details.

8 Cores for Complex Signals

You need 8 wires in one cable. Why? Because industrial devices need many signals. One pair sends data. One pair receives it. One pair is for power. Maybe you need extra pairs for grounding or backup. Our cable gives you 8 cores (4 pairs). You have enough space for all your connections. You do not need to pull two cables. One cable does the job.

0.14 sq mm (26 AWG) Tin-Plated Copper

The wire inside is the heart of the cable. We use 26 AWG copper. This is about 0.14 square millimeters. It is the perfect size. It is thick enough to carry power and data over distance. But it is also thin enough to stay flexible. We plate the copper with tin. Why tin? Because copper can rust. Tin does not rust. If your factory is humid or wet, the copper stays safe. The tin plating also makes soldering easier. If you need to add a connector, the solder flows smoothly. You get a strong connection fast.

The “Twisted Pair” Secret

Look closely at the wires. They are not straight. They are twisted. Two wires twist around each other. This is the oldest trick in the book to stop noise. When the wires twist, they cancel out interference. If noise hits one wire, it hits the other wire the same way. The receiver subtracts the noise. Only the real signal remains. In this cable, we have 4 pairs. Each pair has a different twist length. This stops “crosstalk.” Crosstalk is when one pair talks to another pair inside the same cable. By changing the twist speed, we keep the conversations separate.

Heavy Duty Shielding for Maximum Protection

A normal cable has no shield. It is naked. Our cable wears armor. We use a double-shield system to kill EMI.

Aluminum Foil Shield

First, we wrap the twisted pairs in aluminum foil. This is a metal tape. It covers 100% of the cores. It blocks high-frequency noise. It is like a raincoat for your signals. Water (noise) cannot get in.

Copper Braid Shield

Second, we add a copper braid over the foil. This is a mesh of tiny copper wires. It is flexible. It blocks low-frequency magnetic fields. It also helps ground the cable. If a big surge of electricity hits the cable, the braid sends it safely to the ground. This protects your expensive equipment. This double shield (foil + braid) is heavy duty. It is much better than cheap foil-only cables. You can run this cable next to power lines or big motors. The signal stays clean.

Where can you use this cable?

This cable is a workhorse. You will see it in many places. Here are the top uses:

Industrial Automation and Servo Motors

This is the main job. Connect servo motors to controllers. Connect encoders to PLCs. The cable moves with the machine. It bends millions of times. Our PVC jacket is flexible. It does not crack. It resists oil and chemicals. It is perfect for robot arms and CNC machines.

CCTV and Security Systems

Security cameras need stable video. If the cable is bad, the video lags. Use RVSP cable for analog cameras. It carries video and power. The shield stops “ghosting” on the screen. It stops interference from nearby elevators or fluorescent lights.

Fire Alarm and Audio Systems

Fire alarm systems need to work 100% of the time. False alarms are bad. Missed alarms are worse. The shield protects the alarm signal. It also works for audio. It stops the “hum” or “buzz” in speakers. It gives you clear, crisp sound.

Computer Networks in Tough Spots

You can use it for RS485 or Modbus networks. If your office is in a factory with lots of machines, use this cable. It is better than standard Cat5e in high-noise areas.

Why buy from us?

You have many choices. Why choose our factory?

We Control the Quality

We do not just assemble. We make the copper wire. We draw the copper. We plate the tin. We twist the pairs. We extrude the PVC. Every step is in our factory. We check the resistance. We check the shielding coverage. We test the jacket strength. If it leaves our door, it works.

We Are Cheaper Than Traders

You are talking to a factory. There is no middleman. Trading companies add 20% or 30% to the price. We give you the factory price. You get more cable for your budget.

We Customize

Need a special color? Need a special length? Need a special connector? We can do it. We have a strong R&D team. We can make the cable exactly how you need it.

Fast Delivery

We keep stock of popular items. If you need 1000 meters, we can ship it in 3 days. For big orders, we promise 15-20 days delivery. We use reliable forwarders. DHL, FedEx, or by sea. We handle the paperwork. You just wait for the box.

How to install and handle

You do not need a PhD to use this cable. But here are some tips to make it last longer.

  1. Do not pull too hard: The breaking strength is high. But do not yank it. Use a cable puller.
  2. Bend gently: Do not bend it at a 90-degree sharp corner. Make a curve. The radius should be 6 times the cable width.
  3. Ground the shield: This is important. Connect the copper braid to the ground screw. If you do not ground it, the shield does not work.
  4. Use proper connectors: Use RJ45 or screw terminals that fit 26 AWG wire. Crimp them tight. Loose connections cause heat. Heat causes fire.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this cable waterproof?A: The standard PVC jacket is water-resistant. It is good for damp places. If you need to put it underwater, you need a PE (Polyethylene) jacket or a special waterproof tape. Ask us for “PE jacket RVSP” if you need it for outside burial.Q: Can I use this for Ethernet (Internet)?A: Technically, yes. It can carry data up to 100Mbps or more over short distances. But it is not certified as Cat5e or Cat6. The twist rate is optimized for RS485 and control signals, not high-speed LAN. For internet, use Cat6. For machines, use this RVSP cable.Q: What is the difference between RVSP and RVVSP?A: RVSP has a shield. RVVSP has a shield AND a steel wire armor (like a snake skin). RVVSP is for underground or where rats might chew. RVSP is for indoor or conduit use. RVSP is more flexible and cheaper.Q: How long is the warranty?A: The cable is good for 10 years if installed correctly. We guarantee it will meet the specs. If you get a bad batch, we replace it or refund you.
