Double-Shielded 12-Core 0.2mm² Flexible RVVP Control Cable – Tin-Plated Copper – Anti-Interference Signal Wire for Security & Automation

Description

Tired of Signal Noise and Broken Wires? We Have the Fix.

You know the feeling. You install a new security system or audio setup, and everything looks perfect. But then, the screen shows static. The audio has a hum. Or worse, the cable cracks when you try to bend it around a corner. It is frustrating. You waste time fixing it. You lose money on callbacks. And your reputation takes a hit.In the world of low-voltage signals, electromagnetic interference (EMI) is the enemy. Motors, power lines, and fluorescent lights create invisible noise. This noise kills your data. It makes video footage fuzzy. It messes up control signals in your factory machines. You need a cable that fights back. You need a cable that is tough but flexible. You need a cable that keeps signals pure, no matter where you install it. This is why we built our Double-Shielded 12-Core 0.2mm² Flexible RVVP Cable. It is not just a wire. It is a shield for your signals.

What Makes This Cable Different? The “Double Armor” Secret.

Many cheap cables have one layer of protection. Or none at all. That is not enough for professional work. Our RVVP cable uses a two-step defense system to block noise. We call it “Double Shielding.”First Layer: Aluminum FoilInside the cable, right around the copper wires, we wrap a layer of aluminum foil. This foil is 100% coverage. It acts like a mirror for electromagnetic waves. It reflects high-frequency noise away from the core wires.Second Layer: Tinned Copper BraidOver the foil, we weave a mesh of tin-plated copper wires. This braid is dense—usually 80% to 90% coverage. It catches lower-frequency magnetic fields that the foil might miss. It also grounds the cable. If a surge happens, the braid takes the hit, saving your equipment. This combo blocks over 90% of outside interference. Your signals stay clean. Your data stays accurate.

Built for the Real World: Flexible, Tough, and Safe

You install cables in tight spaces. Behind walls. In drag chains. In machine tools. A stiff cable is a nightmare. It breaks if you bend it too much. Our cable solves this with a special flexible design. The Conductor CoreWe use fine strands of copper, not a single solid wire. We twist many tiny wires together to make one core. This makes the cable bend easily without snapping. We use tinned copper. Why? Tin stops the copper from rusting (oxidizing). It also makes soldering easier for your technicians. If you use bare copper, it turns green and brittle over time. Tin-plated copper lasts for decades. The Jacket MaterialThe outer skin is high-quality PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). This is not cheap plastic. It is “environmentally friendly PVC.” It resists oil, acid, and alkali. If you spill hydraulic fluid in a factory, this cable won’t melt. It is also waterproof and wear-resistant. You can pull it through rough conduit, and it won’t scrape off.Temperature RangeMost cables fail in extreme heat or cold. Ours works from -30°C to +70°C. Whether it is a freezer warehouse or a hot engine room, the PVC stays soft and protective. It does not get brittle in the cold or sticky in the heat.

Technical Specifications: The Numbers You Need

When you buy bulk, you need exact data. Here is the breakdown for our 12×0.2mm² model. We make other sizes too, but this is the sweet spot for control signals.

Why 0.2mm²?

You might ask, “Why not thicker wire?” For control signals, audio, and data, you do not need thick wire. 0.2mm² (24AWG) is perfect. It carries the current needed for sensors and cameras. But it is thin enough to fit 12 cores in one cable without making it too bulky. If you used 1.0mm², a 12-core cable would be as thick as a garden hose!

Where to Use This Cable? (Real Scenarios)

This cable is a workhorse. We sell it to three main groups of customers. See if you fit in.

1. Security & CCTV Installers

This is the biggest market. You need to run power and video for 12 cameras in one bundle. Or maybe 8 cameras plus 4 alarm sensors.

  • Pain Point: Video ghosting and interference from nearby power lines.
  • Solution: The double shield stops the “snow” on the video feed. The 12 cores let you run everything in one pull. Save labor time.
2. Audio & Broadcast Engineers

You are setting up a conference room, a church, or a KTV room.

  • Pain Point: Microphone hum and buzzing noise (ground loops).
  • Solution: The braided shield acts as a ground. It kills the hum. The flexible jacket makes it easy to snake wires under carpets without tripping people.
3. Industrial Automation & Robotics

You are building a control panel or a robotic arm.

  • Pain Point: Motors create massive magnetic fields. Sensor wires pick up noise and send false data to the PLC.
  • Solution: The foil shield blocks the motor noise. The cable is oil-resistant, so it survives the factory floor. It works great in drag chains (towline applications) where the cable moves back and forth all day.

Quality Control: Don’t Get Burned by Bad Batches

We know the fear. You order 5,000 meters. It arrives. You cut 100 meters. It breaks. The foil falls off. The copper is fake (CCA – Copper Clad Aluminum). We hate that too. That is why we have strict QC.1. Real Copper OnlyWe use high-purity oxygen-free copper or standard tinned copper. We do not use CCA. CCA breaks easily and has high resistance. Our copper passes the conductivity tests every time.2. Precision StrandingWe check the strand count. A 0.2mm² core should have 11 or 12 strands. Some factories cheat and use 7 strands to save money. This makes the cable stiff. We never do this.3. Jacket ThicknessWe measure the jacket. It must be thick enough to protect the wires but thin enough to strip easily. We use eco-friendly PVC that smells less and performs better.4. CertificationsOur cables meet international standards. We follow GB/T 5023.5-2008 (China national standard) and JB/T 8734.5-2016. We can provide CCC, CE, and ISO certificates if you need them for your local customs.

Why Buy From Us? (The Trading Company’s Perspective)

If you are a trading company, you need a reliable factory partner. You cannot afford to have your client angry because of bad cables.

  • We are a Factory, Not Just a Trader: We have been making cables since 1998. We started as system integrators, so we understand how cables are used. We are not just selling wire; we are selling a solution.
  • Customization: Need a black jacket? Done. Need white numbering on the cores? Done. Need 200m reels instead of 100m? We can do it. We can print your brand name on the packaging.
  • Fast Lead Time: For standard RVVP 12×0.2, we keep stock. For bulk orders (over 1,000 meters), we can produce fast. We know shipping deadlines are tight in the export business.
  • Competitive Price: Because we buy raw copper in bulk, we get better prices. We pass this saving to you. We also optimize our production to reduce waste.

Installation Tips for Your Clients

To add value to your sales, you can tell your clients these tips:

  1. Don’t bend too sharp: Keep the bend radius bigger than 6 times the cable width. If you kink it, the shield breaks and noise gets in.
  2. Strip carefully: Use the right stripper. Don’t nick the copper strands. If you cut a strand, resistance goes up.
  3. Ground the shield: For the best anti-interference, connect the braid wire to a ground point at one end only (usually the source end) to avoid ground loops.
  4. Don’t pull too hard: The tensile strength is good, but don’t yank it. Use a pull string if the run is long.
