Tired of signal noise and cables that crack under pressure?
You know the struggle. You install a control cable in a factory or a robot arm. Everything works fine for a week. Then, the motors start, the heavy machinery runs, and suddenly your signals go crazy. Screens freeze. Sensors give wrong readings. You have “ghost” voltages caused by electromagnetic interference (EMI). Or worse, the cable jacket gets stiff, cracks because of oil leaks, and exposes the copper wires. This creates a safety hazard and stops your production line.We built this cable to fix those exact problems. It is not just a wire. It is a shield for your data. We use a special 28 AWG (0.1 sq mm) construction with a twisted pair design. This cancels out noise from the start. We add a dual shield—foil plus braid—to block outside interference. The jacket is “soft” and resists oil, grease, and cutting fluids. It is UL certified, so you know it meets strict US safety standards. This is the cable you use when you cannot afford a single error.
What makes this 34-core cable special?
This is a high-density signal cable. “34-core” means it has 17 pairs of twisted wires inside one jacket. Why twist them? Twisting the wires cancels out magnetic interference. If the wires were straight, they would act like antennas and pick up noise. By twisting them, the noise hits both wires equally, and the receiver cancels it out.We use 28 AWG stranded copper. Stranded wire is flexible. It bends easily without breaking. Solid wire is cheap, but it snaps if you move it. Our cable is “soft.” This means we use a special flexible PVC or XLPE compound. It stays soft even in cold warehouses. You can pull it through tight conduits without damaging the insulation. The “tin-plated” part is important. Copper oxidizes (rusts) over time. Tin plating stops oxidation. It keeps the connection solid for years, even in humid or wet environments. This is critical for control panels that need to run 24/7.

Where should you use this cable?
You need this cable in harsh environments. Standard “zip cord” will fail here.
Industrial Automation & Robotics
Robot arms move constantly. Cables in the “energy chain” (carrier) flex millions of times. Our soft jacket and stranded copper handle this motion. The oil resistance protects the cable from the robot’s own grease.
Process Control & Instrumentation
In chemical plants or refineries, you have sensors sending 4-20mA signals. EMI from pumps and motors can ruin these signals. The double shield ensures the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) gets the correct reading.
CNC Machines & Servo Motors
CNC machines use servo motors that generate high-frequency noise. If your encoder cable is not shielded, the machine will lose position. This 34-core cable is perfect for multi-axis control where you need power, ground, and multiple signal lines in one cable.
Audio/Broadcast & Data Centers
While it is a “control” cable, the twisted pair design is also great for balanced audio lines (like XLR) or low-voltage data links where you need to avoid ground loops.
Why choose our UL Certified manufacturing?
You are doing business in the US or exporting to North America. You need UL certification. If a cable causes a fire and it is not UL listed, your insurance will not pay. The liability is on you.Our factory follows UL 758 and UL 62 standards strictly.
- Material Testing: We test the PVC for flame retardancy and oil resistance.
- Electrical Testing: We test Hi-Pot (High Potential) to ensure no shorts.
- Physical Testing: We do aging tests in hot air ovens to ensure the jacket doesn’t crack.
We also offer customization. Need 300 meters with a special connector? Need a different color for each pair so your electricians can trace them easily? We can do that. We can print your logo on the jacket. We offer OEM and ODM services.
How to order and get a sample?
We know you need to test before you switch suppliers. We encourage you to order a sample cut (100 meters or less). Test it in your lab. Bend it. Pull it. Expose it to oil. Compare it to your current cable. Our pricing is competitive because we are a direct factory in China. We cut out the middlemen. We have over 70 years of combined experience in cable manufacturing. We export to Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia.We offer terms like L/C, T/T, and Escrow for safety. We guarantee quality. If the cable does not meet the specs, we replace it.
